Video:Gov. Palin chides Bill O'Reilly, ‘Read my book’

Thursday, October 11, 2012 Gov. Palin chides Bill O'Reilly, ‘Read my book’ Appearing on "The O'Reilly Factor" Thursday to provide pre-debate analysis, Sarah Palin told host Bill O'Reilly that he should read her book, Going Rogue. Asked by O'Reilly if she was nervous before her own debate with Joe Biden, the 2008 GOP vice presidential candidate shot back, "Did I look nervous?" After O'Reilly said that she did not, Gov. Palin told him to read her book, in which she discusses the '08 campaign -- including the VP debate -- in considerable detail: The former Alaska governor also told O'Reilly that getting Biden off track during their debate wasn't her goal. The McCain campaign had asked her to memorize a lot of foreign policy details, but she realized that was the wrong strategy because the debate was mostly about the economy. The governor agreed with O'Reilly that Medicare will be one of the key topics for tonight's debate. She warned that Biden will try to play on emotions while the subject is being discussed. She pointed out that Ryan should stress that a responsible federal budget needs to be in place before Medicare can even be considered, and predicted that Biden would skip that part of the discussion. Gov. Palin said that she enjoyed sparring with Biden and wished that there had been more than just the one vice presidential debate. Video courtesy of SarahNET | Cross-posted at US for Palin
