Alaska Poll;Palin ,Within MOE Of Win,Leads All Possible GOP Senate Contenders,Has Massive GOP Support

The latest PPP (D) Poll LINK  of the Alaska Senate race has Governor Palin not only gaining on incumbent Begich,within the margin of error but leading the GOP contenders field whilst having the best favorability rating amongst the GOP at a massive 63-29!.

This of course doesn't suit PPP (the ultra-"progressive" Daily Kos pollster) which only headlines Palin's overall favorability being negative. It is negative because, as one would expect, she is so hated by the left which distorts her universal numbers. But of course Dem's don't vote in the GOP primary. Daily Kos; "Interestingly, in a matchup against Sarah Palin, Begich leads by only 4 percentage points."

If she ran at her current 44-40 (with the margin of error being-3.4% the race is tied) position there is every chance she would be elected, especially with the expected GOP swing in November. The thoughts of some at Conservatives4palin can be found AT THIS LINK

Here are the important crosstabs;

And here's some history:
